The room was terrible, dirty sheets, no hangers, floor is buckling, refrigerator was in the middle of the floor and no window. Had to move to a different hotel the same day and did not stay for the 7 day prepaid stay. Looking for a refund if possible. I have pictures

The hotel was in a great location, right downtown Grand Rapids and near Van Andel Arena. Hotel was clean and inviting, and had a great view of the downtown street. Room was smaller but clean. Could have used some maintenance updates but overall it was a nice room.

Guess I should have done my homework a little more. No mini fridge or microwave in room. Nowhere to park except street or garage. Garage parking is expensive, so luckily found a street spot second night. Accommodations were good for what we needed.

Had a great stay here, staff was really kind and it was in a great spot between the parking garage and the sports arena. The walls are pretty thin but other than that not much to complain about.

For the amount that we prayed for this property, it was quite subpar. There was only one attendant working the desk and they were in the restroom when we arrived and we had to wait about 10 minutes to check in. We were trying to get to a concert on time and no one else was able to help us. Paying around $500 a night for a room, I would expect the property to be able to staff coverage adequately. The room itself was very plain and ordinary. It was walkable and convenient. I probably would not choose this property again.
