Another Great Stay
This was our second stay at this cabin and it we have enjoyed each and every day. The neighborhood surrounding the cabin is quiet. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the back deck listening to birds as well as having some wine and snacks there before our evening meal. The galley kitchen is easy to cook in and the large dining room table provides plenty of room for meals as well as writing letters and postcards and sorting the various things one collects while on vacation. It's the perfect place for that second or third honeymoon!

Great Location for RMNP and Grand Lake
We were so pleased with our cottage right next to the western entrance to RMNP. Easy access to the park and all the adventures that make Grand Lake so special. The cottage was clean, well stocked and in a very quiet neighborhood. We saw moose two of the three nights we stayed. Highly recommend.

Cozy and clean cabin
We spent five days in the grand Lake area and the little cabin on columbine was a perfect spot for us. We went hiking and fishing up in Rocky Mountain national Park, as well as enjoyed theater at the Rocky Mountain repertory, and lots of wonderful shopping and dining as well in the area.

Beautiful Place!!!
We loved, loved our stay at this beautiful cabin!! It was the perfect size with everything we needed to cook, relax and just enjoy. :) The area is beautiful and so conveniently located to RMNP and downtown Grand Lake, less than 10 minute drive to each location. This was our first time visiting Grand Lake and we fell in love! The owner was also so helpful and communicative, let us know when there was mosquito spraying in the area and to stay in doors during certain hours. We also left a belonging at the cabin and she was so great to help communicate between myself and the next guest so that we could stop by to grab it. 100/10 recommend this beautiful cabin!!

Cabin provides a relaxing stay in Grand Lake
We liked this cabin a lot -- the kitchen had modern appliances and the dining area and living room were open spaces that created a feeling of spaciousness. A couple of deer walked by the back of the lot on our first day and that's always nice. It's a bit disconcerting when you walk around the cabin at night since there are no curtains at the front of the house. One must be discrete! The bedroom was stuffy and we were unable to open the windows in that room. We solved that problem by opening both the front and back doors to create a draft. On the whole it was a good experience.

Nice small home - dated areas. Improvements nice. Floor very dirty upon arrival.

Nice place to stay
Cozy and comfortable cottage very close to Trail Ridge Road and the less-busy west side of Rocky Mountain National Park. There were a few maintenance issues that would have improved the appearance of the property but nothing that effected our comfort or convenience. Although there is a TV, there is no reception. The VRBO property description does not list TV as an amenity, but I missed that detail. Columbine Lake is a private community, nice to walk around. Grand Lake, a busy resort community, was very close by: fun to visit but happy we stayed away from the crowds.

Wonderful little cabin!
The cabin is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The back deck gets sunshine all day long. We would definitely return to this property in the future.
