You get what you pay for.
Place was sketchy. Put me in a handicap accessible room, that’s fine in concept , but it was a bad room. Handicapped guest especially shouldn’t be relegated to a poorly appointed space. No convenient table or counter, or seating. WiFi was very unstable, barely usable. Room lighting was almost industrial, no lamps or other soft lighting. Electrical outlets were difficult or not functioning But it was cheap. I suppose you do get what you pay for. Mine was a quick overnight stop so it wasn’t terrible ( and I’m a make do kind of guy) - but I’ll avoid Woodbridge in future unless I get backed into it.

Rooms are very basic. Walls are thin with people coming and going all day and night. Not a quiet place to stay. Smells of feces and disinfectant throughout hall ways. For a cheap price. You get what you pay for.

We did not like anything. No amenities what so ever. Staff was incompetent. Room was in disrepair "blinds broken, chipped paint. and no toilet seat lid". Rear door to the hotel. was broken, so anyone could access entry. Did not feel safe in the room. We were on the ground floor, so with the blind broken, anyone could see into the room. You gave this place a 3 and a half star. I would not give it even one star. would not ever stay there again.

I shopped nearby and could walk to and from the bus stop. The bed was a bit springy, but not too bad. Internet was excellent. TV options were pretty easy to access - as I watch a little. Black out curtains were not as good as I would have liked. Bathroom was good. Water really hot! That surprised. 4.5-6 out of 5.

Needs designated pet rooms.
Well it was better than I expected based off all the bad reviews. But I probably will never stay here again for these reasons. 1 No pool 2 no breakfast not there fault I should have read the hotel Description before booking. 3. The sign says no smoking unless it’s 25 feet from the building yet we had to pass through a cloud of smoke every time we left or enter the building because they stood right in front of the doors smoking pretty sure they were smoking pot too as it is legal in Colorado and lastly I think it amazing this is a pet friendly hotel HOWEVER the do not have designated rooms, just for animals so the people who had our room before us could of had a dog or cat and we have no way of telling if the bed spread was washed or replaced before we checked in due to dog hair on on it. I love pet have 4 my self but my grandchild is allergic to pet hair which is way they have designated rooms or at least a designated floor, considering they have five floors. The check in staff was very nice and she was very polite.

There was some maintenance work going on at the hotel which led to some confusion about our reservation. The hotel staff did a great job finding us a different room type that worked perfectly for us. The area around the hotel is quiet and there is space to walk, or walk your dog. The hotel walls are a bit thin. You can hear neighboring rooms, but at night, the hotel was quiet. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our rooms had refrigerators with freezers, microwaves, and cooktops. Note that there are no cooking pans/plates/cups/silverware etc. provided. The hotel does sell some of these items, but they are not in the rooms. Also, there is no coffee machine in the room.

Worse hotel in Grand Junction.
Awful. We left the key on the desk and walked out 1 minute after walking in room. Drove down the street amd got another hotel. People are living there, filthy, not an acceptable hotel for anyone with a standard on where they will lay their head. front desk clerk wasnt around, then shows up 10 min later with a major attitude. yes, I am a hotel snob and it showed at check in that I wasnt happy. Stay somewhere else!!!!!

Perfectly nice
This really was perfect for our needs but I was quite surprised that there are NO dishes or utensils, or coffeepot within the room. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars for the whole stay was there was some water damage in the bathroom and the flooring was loose. The beds, sheets, towels and pillows were clean and soft. Also, tgere was always someone available to help us woth requests. They also allowed late checkout so I could shower and not go back sweaty in the car.

Unethical business practice cancelling reservation
DO NOT BOOK HERE! Booked 3 months in advance to get a good price. When I tried to check in the day of they said my reservation was cancelled yet it was shown active on hotels.com. I know how the hotel industry works. Woodspring Suites didn't like the price we were paying when the prices quadrupled that weekend for surround events. The hotel forcefully cancelled our reservation in order to gain profit to provide rooms at a higher cost. Unethical business practices, steer clear of this place. Hotels.com, if you can end a partnership with this hotel I would highly recommend it. If you are thinking about booking ahead of time and you see the Woodspring Suites at a good price, DO NOT BOOK! Make reservations elsewhere with a trusted chain. You may end up paying more elsewhere but it will give you peace of mind and a higher quality stay. Woodspring Suites has unethical business practices and can cancel your reservation at any given time. This hotel is shady and only cares about maximizing profits at any means possible and that means they'll throw their customers under the bus.
