Private getaway for the entire family! Pool, sauna, hot tub, movie room, gated entry, 9+ acres, 4 bedrooms plus an office. Huge patio that overlooks the pool. This home really has everything you need for an amazing vacation in the heart of Grand Junction! Pool is closed November-March 15th of each year. Events are allowed but different fees will apply so please message host first.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Canyon View Park. Features include an outdoor pool and a hot tub. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the vacation home.

Gorgeous Property
This property is outstanding. The house is very clean and has top of the line appliances. Communication with the property manager, Nicole was easy and prompt. Initially there were some questions as to the charges for the number of people staying, but after some discussion with Nicole the concerns were resolved. My group used the spacious outside area and outside deck for group activities, but also had plenty of room to spread out inside too. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels available. (You know how many towels you go through with a large group!) I would highly recommend this property for large groups!
