Plenty of room
The home met all expectations, was very roomy. We ended up having to stay four extra nights and the property managers were so easy to communicate with and were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Black Bear Getaway
We escaped northern snows for Fruita. This home was perfect for our many toys: numbers of bikes, golf clubs, hiking equipment, etc. We loved indoor and outdoor fires, and spending time with friends in the sun. House was set up perfect for our stay. The management company was one of the best we’ve experienced; responsive and thorough.

Everything was great! Yes, a little on the expensive side for the area, but to my husband and I, it was worth it! The property manager was responsive and the place was super clean. I love it and wish I can actually live there one day.

Very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood
The gift basket was a nice touch. Air-conditioning and very comfortable beds made for a very nice visit. We also got to bring our dog who loves playing in the large backyard.
