This hotel is the best we've ever stayed in, including some that were significantly more costly, and we are 78 year old travelers, so we've seen a lot of hotels. We had two large rooms and especially appreciated the full-sized refrigerator in the kitchenette that was adjacent to the living room.
We hadn't asked for an accessible room when we reserved but were given one. It had two bathrooms -- one with tub/shower, one with a walk-in shower. Our room was quiet every minute of our stay; we literally never heard another guest. Both the living room and bedroom had TV sets. The king-sized bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast buffet included two different kinds of scrambled eggs (one with veggies, one without), sausage, pancakes, home fries, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereal, toast, juice, milk, coffee and fruit. It was served in the large restaurant, so no trouble finding an empty table.
We have given everything but service 5 stars. We cut the service back to 4 for two reasons: the solo front desk needs more staff, at least during the early check-in hours when the hotel is full and there's a lot going on; and the internet service only functioned smoothly in the bedroom. Neither of these minor shortcomings would keep us from returning. All 'round great experience.
