My grandkids love when we stay here for your great pool area. The service is good also. Our room had makeup all over the tissue dispenser which was a turn off. The soap bottles were obviously used and watered down. We were charged more that hotels.com quoted us and we have reported this to them. The prime rib in Images was excellent as was services. We will be back though, by popular demand from kids lol

Toilet was so low, room couldn’t cool down, heater ran for 5 minutes , shut off then kicked back on all night. Room curtains didn’t fully cover the front window so the outside light was seen all night.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is much larger than the online photo. There was plenty of parking space and this property is very clean with beautiful interior. The room was nice and spacious. I enjoyed my stay.

Ramada just average
Checkin at Ramada was fine. The room was back away from the main lobby and parking back there was a little scary. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The hallway had a strange smell but the room was ok.
