We were very disappointed with our girls weekend at this hotel…the room was grungy, the sofa bed mattress was all stained and when we asked for a new one, the girl at the reception said “they’re all like that”. Gross. The pool was VERY murky, no way I would go in there.

AC could not keep up. The room felt very moist. Shower leaked. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite. Just needs some updates and a good cleaning.

Great stay; Great price!
This was a last minute reservation for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) and the room was great as the younger kid slept in the fold out twin bed so there was no fighting over the 2nd queen bed. The space was clean and had everything we needed. The best part was that it was very affordable!

The staff is great, good and helpful folks working there! The room, however, was not particularly clean, the floor was dirty and the sheets were stained and not fresh. We kept having to ask for towels as there weren’t enough in our room. We had to ask for toilet paper which seems a silly thing to have to ask for at a hotel. We didn’t have a wastebasket in the bathroom, which proved an inconvenience. We were also asked to take our garbage out to the dumpster which seemed odd.

Don't believe the photos. My wife had to stay there for night. The Uber driver passed it twice ... no lit up signage. The woman at the front desk would not stop eating while checking my wife in. Upon entering the room, she noticed a sour smell, hair in the bathtub, fingernails and ramen noodles on the floor and sink... a TOTAL dump!!! I hate leaving this review, but I am furious that my wife had to stay here. You've been warned.

Good for a one night's stay in Grand Forks! Very close to the Ralph Engelstad Arena if you're coming in for hockey. Simple, no-frills hotel.
