For the price we really expected much nicer rooms. In the pictures it did not look this outdated. And the pool was so cold you could t even dip a toe in it!

Hotel was fine, in-house restaurant was a let down. Ordered 2 chicken wraps that took 45 minutes to arrive and they both were missing the chipotle sauce. No free breakfast. Edmundston charged us $2 more for the night (going the other direction to Nova Scotia) but had free breakfast. Would return to Edmundston, rather than Grand Falls, in the future.

Front ladies were very friendly, polite helpful! Didn’t realize that we had robes in the room and called down to request a robe and immediately they sent up a robe. Great service!

Very nice, new property. Mattress was comfortable for sleeping, but had an odd frame or edge around the outside, so sitting on the edge of the bed was uncomfortable. Otherwise, a very nice choice.

DO NOT EAT AT THE RESTAURANT! The food was barely edible and took over an hour for nachos, a wrap, wings and a flat bread (4ppl) and we were the only ones there. No housekeeping. Bed was comfy.

There was no fitness room even though one was advertised. The breakfast was a brown bag with one muffin, a juice box and one apple. Disappointing and mis-advertising price of the room to say breakfast is included.
