Grand case is the historic tourist district of Saint-Martin, with its superb beach, its gourmet restaurants and Creole restaurants, its beach and night bars.

The sea is turquoise blue, and the beach very protected from the wind.

You can reach on foot or by car the beach of Grand Case and its restaurants down the hill between 10 and 15 minutes on foot.

A small car is recommended to take advantage of all the attractions of the island or if you have difficulty walking.

Breathtaking views, hotel-like comfort.
I just got home from an amazing 5 day stay at this accommodation with my husband, and I can't recommend it enough. The breathtaking view of Grand Case from the patio, just outside the room was something out of a travel magazine - the pictures don't do it justice. The room felt more like a hotel suite, with a comfortable bed that provided the perfect night's sleep, a nice bathroom, lots of storage for luggage as well as a fridge, kettle and coffee maker. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and I truly felt at home. This is a person's home with a room or villa attached on each side, but it is set up so that everyone has privacy at all times. It was never an issue.It's important to rent a car to get around, as it makes exploring the area much easier. Eric, our host, was incredibly responsive and offered great recommendations for the local beaches and restaurants. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, stunning views, and excellent hospitality, this is the place to be! We can't wait to come back.

Awesome facility with Panoramic views
Absolutely loved staying at Villa Diamont. It lives up to its listing description. It’s located up a private, steep winding road, so we found it necessary to drive to local restaurants (the best on the island) just a few blocks away. With a vehicle, this location is excellent.

Amazing Views Over Grand Case
One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. Pool overlooking Grand Case is spectacular as is the property in general. Also have a view of the airport so you can so planes land. Restaurants near by are excellent. Property is at the top of a hill so likely easier to arrive day 1 before nightfall.

Amazing Stay
The views are incredible and the hosts are beyond accommodating. The town of Grand Case is just a short walk and has plentiful entertainment! Two quiet beaches are just a short stroll too 10 out of 10 recommend this property!
