The grand hotel was a great location for visiting the grand canton. The hotel restaurant and saloon was pretty good actually. The room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately you could hear every door slam in the hallway and it was not very quiet throughout the night.

For the most part, everything was great. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to help us when my daughter got sick. They came and cleaned up and even gave us a care bag. I truly appreciated that. Only negative experience was at the restaurant’s steakhouse. I was given the wrong order and when asked to replace, it wasn’t taken positively and the waiter was more irritated than accommodating.

Very clean hotel. Dinner & Breakfast at the Steakhouse onsite were both good. VERY convenient to the South Rim gate for the Grand Canyon. Will definitely stay again.
