Overall the stay was good, and the rooms were clean. Though they had some work done on the room, whoever did the patch up work of their walls did a bag job by not covering them up with paint. And one of the chairs in the room was coming undone. Besides that no complaints.

The property was well maintained & check in desk efficient. The room was well designed, efficient & comfortable with preferred walk-in shower. However, the KITCHEN area WAS DARK needing better lighting. The DISHWASHER WAS LOOSE so couldn't be loaded to use. The KING BED'S QUILT WAS TOO SMALL. The SOFA had a TORN CUSHION. Outside continuous running train WAS too NOISY along with traffic directly outside the hotel. Nearby Outback Steak House & Walmart are very convenient.

I would stay there again
The front staff was very friendly and fast. The elevators and rooms that held the ice were hot and stuffy. Our room was spacious but we were missing body wash in the shower and there were marker stains on the flooring.

Was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. Check in and out were very easy. Also loved having the option for an early check in as I’m a wedding photographer. Much easier to check in at 1pm than having to wait until 9:30-10pm! Only annoyance was that the alarm clock was set by the people before us so it surprised me at 6am. Make sure you check that before bed time ha!

Did not appreciate not being welcomed back staff . One time staff was standing watching the tv . They clearly heard us come in send continued to watch the tv . Another time came back to hear staff drop the F word . In the room the fire or carbon dioxide alarm kept blinking all night . Lastly . About 8:00 the people above us were like a herd of elephants. I finally called the front desk about 9 multiple times and no answer. I even used my cell phone t call hotel no answer. Was told someone was there to answer phone til 10 . But no one answered. Not sure if they were sleeping or didn’t hear it . Would have been very upset had there been an emergency and no one to answer.
