Room was very cramped no where to put luggage, bathroom had a damp dirty bath towel folded in with clean towels. House keeping knocked on door 3 times before checking out, parking was crowded no where to park after 8pm.

The staff were super nice and accommodating. Our first room had dirty sheets but I called and they quickly switched us. The rooms are so small you can't open a large suitcase anywhere unless you put it on the bed. It's walkable to downtown. Over all not a bad place.

Check in was super easy, even got there 30 min before check in time and was able to get the room. The bed and wall outlets were updated for easy charging. The bed was really comfortable. The stand in shower was great! Overall quiet during the night. Had no issues with noise.

The carpet looked fine, but the bottom of my white socks turned filthy. The toilet paper was single ply and so thin one could almost read through it. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

My family and I spent 3 days at this establishment. The check-in process was really easy and the front desk clerk was professional and polite. We were missing a few items in our room such as a shower curtain and extra towels but they were promptly brought to our room after we had requested them at the front desk. If you have any requests, you'll need to walk up to the front desk and ask since there is no number to call. We had no issues with parking. The parking lot was pretty open all day until around 6, then it seemed to fill up but there was still plenty of open spots. The beds were comfortable and the sheets appeared to be clean. Now for the cleanliness of the room.... It wasn't the worst but it could definitely use some more love. There were toothpaste spots on the mirror, dried food left on the utensils, a used sponge left on the sink with a half bottle of dish soap, the carpets could use a good shampooing as they did turn your feet a light shade of black if you walked barefoot on them, and the mattress in the pull-out sofa had quite a few stains on it. Overall, those weren't deal breakers since the rest of our stay was great but just something the hotel could improve on. We do plan on returning in a few months, as we enjoyed the location of the establishment and it was a good price for the room we booked.

My room was very nice and clean. The staff at the front desk were super nice and friendly. I couldn't walk to the grocery store. I love having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I kind of like that housekeeping doesn't come in every day, but they should probably leave extra toilet paper in the room. The front desk was great about supplying anything extra that I needed.

My mom and I came to Flagstaff to visit my daughter who was having a birthday. My mom had a hard time getting up and downstairs but we were put in a second floor room. Both my mom and myself made it apparent on check in that second floor was not ideal, but it was shrugged off. The room did not have a chair for the desk so when hanging in the room you had to sit on the bed to do work or watch tv.

Crisp clean sheets in a fair room
Toilet was moving when sitting on it. In the morning I found that it was leaking as there was quite a bit of water on the floor near toilet from either flushing and/or the movement. Awful smell of moth balls outside of our room, but didn't smell it by other rooms. Visually clean for it's older age I guess. Crisp, ironed sheets was a plus. Price was good, but you get what you pay for in that location.

Unfortunately, our stay here was not very pleasant. I noticed the efforts in the upgrades in the property but the work done is terrible. Our biggest issues was the loud AC unit, that would go in and out of sound which made it hard to sleep. The door would not close to our bathroom at all because the vanity was in the way, which makes for no privacy, and the shower head kept dripping large amounts of water even though I had not showered. The stay was a poor stay and it was only for one night. I would have preferred to spend a little more money for another hotel stay.

There was a live cockroach in the bathroom and I could not continue to stay there. I was offered another room, but I’m assuming the problem is the same in all of the rooms. I’d like a refund for the night I could not stay there. There were also ants on the counter and coffee area.

I wouldn’t send anyone to this “cheap” motel. The staff seemed to be working super hard, which was appreciated, but the place is a dump. I’d worry about the safety of the guests. We were next door to loud, physically aggressive people (at midnight, slamming doors, slamming into the walls) at 2am, some young couple (a young girl at least) having loud sex. The room was clean but the entire place needed an overhaul. Just goes to show you should listen to your instincts. Wasn’t expecting “excellent,” but these conditions were super poor. I’ve never written such a negative report. Caution!!
