Wonderful hotel with great service and location
The stay was great. I was here with my family during the November holiday rush, and the front desk staff checked us in as quick as possible. We had a small issue with the hot water in our bathroom shower. We called the front desk and they sent a maintenance person reasonably quick given that this was during the busy holiday period, and they resolved the issue for us promptly. The breakfast was included with our stay and was decent. The location of the hotel is great as well, right at the entrance of the Grand Canyon national park, near a lot of great restaurants.

The rooms were fine, but breakfast was a disaster. The breakfast was always so full we didn’t even bother to try and eat there more than once. It was always overrun with people and totally chaotic.

I know front desk guy intentionally allocated that room to me with lots of discrimination. Main door of my room won't lock at all. Sun shades never close at all no matter what ever you try. Coffee machine kept inside the cupboard which makes you impossible to fill up with water. Room mattresses were slippery with bare foot. Body wash and shampoo were not scent free because many people don't like the scent at all. It's the responsibility of the hotel to keep every room in perfect condition and it's not guests job to find out and complain about the issues and you will address that. Total waste of money.

We'll definitely stay here again.
Service was excellent from the moment we got there at 11pm all the way to our checkout at 9am. The receptionist helped us with finding parking and gave us tips on getting to the grand canyon in time for the sunrise. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, there were lots of options for adults and kids. The canyon was actually a 10 minute drive not 6 minute as they describe. Eitherway, very close.

I'm sure the front desk mainland guy showed lots of discrimination in allocating a garbage for me. . First the room door is not locking at all when you want to lock and go out. Privacy screen doesn't close no matter what you tried. The mat are slipping on bare foot. The painting and ambience looks very old and outdated. Totally it's a wholesome garbage. Never going back.
