I honestly love the fact that this location is not in a big city and overcrowded with traffic. The view of both the sunrise and sunset captivatedmy heart. The rustic touches are just my aesthetic, as well as the panoramic views. The rooms are larger than most hotels you find in Vegas and the beds were super cozy. The restaurant attached to the place was super simple, it doesn't overwhelme you with choices and the staff was easy to talk to and met my every need should I have an issue. If I go back to the Grand Canyon, I'm going back here. Shout out to Juan 😎👉👉

Hotel has good communication by sending emails to make us aware of the hours of shops/restaurants in the vicinity. Restaurant owner by the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. He even came out to catch us when we left our sunglasses behind.

Location was great, close to Grand Canyon. Property needs updated and cleaned better. Bathroom was dirty, plumbing did not work well, carpet was torn and dirty. Staff was friendly.

Meh. Below par.
This place is okay for a last minute pinch but I wouldn't recommend it for a long-term stay of more than 2 days. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Check in later at night was clunky with the check in portal being run by an Indian call center. The property is in pretty bad disrepair and could use some updates but at least the rooms were relatively clean. Wish I'd have reserved something down in Williams for this last minute trip. As an upside at least there's a nice collection of classic cars across the way.

This hotel is old, needs renovations in bathroom. Really needed a new bathtub. It is clean, heater worked fine. But our window had a hole. We put a sock, so the wind didn't get into the room. Needs new windows. Staff is extremely friendly. Restaurant was really good and clean.

Nice big room. Very cost effective for the amount of space. Recaptured water smells like chlorine and the restaurant was expensive $19 for a cheeseburger and fries.

You get what you pay for. The shower tub filled with water when you shower because the tub drains so slowly, gets up to around the ankles for a normal 10 minute shower. The ac/heat is very good, has a fridge in our room, easy to get from parking right outside rooms like a motel, but there is a hallway (like climate controlled storage setup). Beds were comfy. No microwave, and the public microwave is only available from 7:30-10pm in another building. I would recommend staying here for a trip to the grand canyon, price is killer good for being about 30 minutes away from the canyon. I would stay again if I needed to be in this price range, as there is nothing else.
