Fantastic
Stay was fantastic from getting there to checking out. The front desk gave us some dinning ideas and a map of area. I was able to check in an hour early. Not to mention the FREE 3 adult beverages and dinner, plus breakfast the next day. Nice sitting area as well.

Stopover after hiking Grand Canyon
Great Place to stay after hiking the Grand Canyon. Within walking distance of restaurants and downtown Flagstaff, which is nice because of the limited parking downtown.

Wonderful stay at the Drury Inn for NAU Homecoming
Very comfortable beds right on the canvas of NAU and it was very convenient for homecoming. The Manager happy hour was a very nice touch and we really enjoyed it.

Very nice Hotel
We had a very nice day unlike a month ago. This time, the room was so much cleaner and our overall stave is so much better. I am happy we tried second stay at this hotel. I would definitely stay again. The managers were very respectful and responsive to my concern. I appreciate them listening and trying to make our stay better.

It actually pains me to write this review because we've stayed at Drury before and typically have a pleasant and uneventful stay. We checked in and there was a problem with our room (sewage smell). The staff was responsive and moved us to an upgraded room, which was appreciated. However, the room had a very loud noise that periodically kicked on (I am thinking it was the AC but am not sure). Additionally, the people above us were literally jumping and running throughout the entire night for two nights in a row. It was incredibly disruptive. Between the noise coming from our room and the noise above us it was a very unrestful two nights at Drury.

The only thing I'm not thrilled with is the parking garage that is detached from the main hotel and the skybridge that connects the two structures. Other than that, very nice hotel 👍

What a great property! We had a king suite with a terrace on an upper floor. The room had a very nice view, was comfortable, spacious and just very nice overall. I usually avoid hotels and stay in rentals but this was a very nice surprise. The proximity to NAU campus is wonderful. The free popcorn and soda plus drinks and dinner were so appreciated. We will be back!

Everything was excellent from feeling safe at the hotel and vehicle parked in the parking lot. Excellent full service breakfast buffet with a large variety of choices. Evening adult appetizers were great Very professional and friendly staff. Only one negative and that is Internet reception is barely one signal, you have to go outside to receive text or conduct internet.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not good and was the same eggs and sausage every day. There was no cut fresh fruit. The evening snack and beverage was ok but nothing special. Food quality was poor. We have stayed here 3 times prior but not sure we would go back.

This place was right on the campus of NAU which was great as we didn't have to use the car all weekend. Very good food and drink also did not need to go out to eat. Rooms were very clean and comfoterable service was fantastic. will defently recommend here to stay
