The location was convenient but the rooms, elevator and dining area weren’t kept up…spilled coffee in elevator had been there for at least 4 days, bathrooms in front desk area and the gym had no working paper towels or hand dryer, and the fitted sheets in the rooms always pulled lose.

Overall ok, but room had some issues
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast area was well attended to, and I felt comfortable asking for supplies I needed for my room. However, three problems arose after settling in. I noticed that: 1) the sink drained slowly, 2) the toilet was wobbly, and 3) the shower curtain would not stay in place consistently while using the shower. I made do, because overall it was manageable. I made the mistake of not reporting it to staff, but I do want to encourage others to avoid the problems I had by requesting a new room for themselves during their next hotel stay if their issues are similar to what I encountered.

I have to give a huge shout out to the super nice lady who was working the front desk in the morning we were checking out she was amazing. She was helping in the breakfast area and working the front desk. The coffee machine was clogged and one of the other employees said it was fine and the main lady said she would fix it cause the others don’t want to get their hands dirty!!
