This is a really good hotel to get to explore this little town. This town is beautiful and full of beautiful scenery. It's nice to find a good-priced hotel in an expensive state. You really gotta pick and choose between your hotels.
The fridge was not working properly, The steps on the stairs to the upper level were slanted down, The Floor on the 2nd level was tilted downward. Areas needed attention for paint peeling off. the shower faucet assembly was broken.
I really loved to stay at this place. The only thing is that they never clean your room or replenish basic items until you leave. This was not a problem for me because i went prepared and i don't like people in my room when im there. But overall great place to stay if you are in a tight budget or want to be in the center of the town and walk everywhere.
This property needs updated. The rooms were not clean hair on bathroom and shower walls bed were not made just sheets laying over the mattress so they came off and your laying on the dirty mattress cover. Floors were full of sand/dirt donāt dare take off shoes. Very disappointing. One night stay was manageable but only because we had a different reservation in Williams for the next night. The best part was it was right in town within walking distance for shopping and restaurants.
Well do not show up even 1 minute before 3 because you will not be helped. I was 3 rd in line and the first 2 had rooms that were still not cleaned. Mine apparently was š¤ When I entered with my 2 young grandson's the room floor was filthy as was the bathroom and tables in the room. The fridge also has spilled product in it- unknown.... But all of that aside when I put on my slippers from my suitcase I saw wet foot prints every time I stepped on the vinyl plank flooring. When I reached down to see if the floor had something spilled on it I pushed slightly on the floor and water seeped up through the seams of the planks. Unreal.. Never seen a room this poor in all of my travels... Just do not stay here ..
Very charming, locally owned motel directly on the vibrant main street of this post-card little town. You'll enjoy the traditional vibes of the facility, just steps from all the restaurants, western and Native American galleries, taverns and Grand Canyon-related businesses, without the corporate cookie-cutter atmosphere of the usual huge motel chains at the edge of town. I took the business card so I can stay here again next year.
It needs to be tore down and replaced ! And we wonāt be staying there again.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Cheap price, poor condition, clean enough.
This was a cheap hotel. We couldnāt get the shower to work. The tub faucet had been improperly fixed. But it was clean enough, so I guess we got what we payed for.
We arrived and our hotel was not ready it took her 2 hours to clean. Check in was at 3. We had our friend with Oxygen and she needed some where to rest. I don't think we will be back. Not a great place. Sorry š
This place was a last resort spot, but the place was terrible! dirty, old food behind the dressers, dust all along the bed, floors look like it hasnāt even cleaned/ mopped, the showers has hair in the tub. Not even sure if the bed sheets were washed.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, also staff donāt greet you!
Passing through and looking for an inexpensive lodging option. This was super cheap. Room was dark and a bit damp-smelling. Strange for a desert climate. Iād pass on this one next time.
