Location excellent if you have children going to ski school and learning to ski. Can watch from balcony. Close to a grocery store. Three nice bedrooms.

New Year - Family Ski/snowboard trip
Everything with property and property owner was just as described. Very, Very convenient for anytime of year. Feet away from Mountain Lifts. We have traveled to Granby Ranch for several years. This was the best trip yet and the best accommodation. We had the whole family from kids to married adults. The property had all the amenities and needs.

Great Granby Ranch Condo
This condo is perfect for skiing at Granby Ranch. Our family enjoy our stay and access to the ski resort is perfect. Just a few steps away from the lifts. Condo is fully stocked. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great family friendly condo!
This was an amazing condo, great location (slope side) for a family ski trip. Loved that it had items geared to babies, toddlers and young kids (step stools for bathrooms, booster seat, toys, etc.). Kitchen was well furnished. The view was great! The contact was great and quick to answer our one question. Overall amazing experience! Would stay there again.

Exactly what we were looking for!
This is absolutely perfect if wanting to ski at Granby Ranch! The lifts are right in your backyard! It was great getting a few runs in and then coming in for snacks and relaxing. The only downfall is the shower heads... minor issue compared to all the positives, but if you're wanting a relaxing shower, it's not here. Otherwise, it was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay! Thank you!!!

My family loved this property. It was by far the best place we have stayed in the area. We have stayed in a lot of rentals as work brings my husband and myself to the area every summer. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. The property had nice amenities. It is close to the local supermarket. We viewed live music from our balcony while we grilled. The property manager is responsive and helpful. We will return.

Convenient location!
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Plenty of room with the 3 beds and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes to cook meals. Loved being able to sit on the deck, watch the skiers and enjoy the sunshine!

Condo had everything we needed, great location would definitely stay here again. The only negative was that they were charging $10 a person a day to use the pool and hot tub and during the week the lady closed the pool at 4:45 because it wasn't worth her time to keep it open later than that.

Another BaseCampOne gem
We have stayed at Base Camp One over MLK wknd every year for the last decade. We have yet to be disappointed. This unit was clean & stocked with everything we needed. This was the first year that we have had to pay $10/per person to use the community hot tub/pool. Although we understand what they are trying to do for their owners, it was the only disappointment of our stay.

Properties like this are the only link reason we come back to Granby! Wonderful, spacious accommodations for our 4 adults & 2 kids. The basement parking garage, ski lockers, & steps to lifts are amazing.
