Situated directly adjacent to the Kicking Horse lift, this 5BR/3.5BA (plus loft) home boasts gorgeous mountain views and enviable ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes. Enjoy access to Granby Ranch membership perks, which include mountain biking trails and prime fishing, as well as a clubhouse with a heated pool and hot tub for a nominal fee.

Return home to grill alfresco meals on your private patio. Inside, three floors of inviting living space promote relaxation and quality time.

LIVING AREA

A gas fireplace with stone surround brings the warm ambience of an upscale lodge to the first living area. Snuggle up on plush furnishings and watch favorite shows on the 50” smart TV.

The second living area features a large sectional and a 55” TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare hearty mountain meals in the modern kitchen, appointed with spacious granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Start your vacation days with morning coffee at the island bar for three.

When it’s time to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area. (A card table and four chairs are provided for additional dining space.)

BED & BATH

This home sleeps 10 guests in five bedrooms and a loft area with a queen futon. There are additional accommodations for four children in bunk beds.

Sleep soundly on a stately king bed in the primary bedroom. The en-suite has a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom holds a queen bed, while the third is furnished with a full-size bed. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

A plush queen bed promises restful nights in the fourth bedroom. Two twin-over-twin bunk beds await in the fifth bedroom.

The third bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, and a half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The front porch offers a shady retreat on sunny days. Kick back in Adirondack chairs and admire views of your peaceful neighborhood.

The Kicking Horse lift passes gracefully above your back patio. Relax around the gas firepit as burgers sizzle on the grill.

Enjoy access to the nearby Club at Granby Ranch, featuring a hot tub and heated pool (open year-round) for a fee of $10/day per person. Children eight and under are free of charge; access is always subject to availability. The Club is located 0.8 miles from your vacation rental.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway are provided.

Play a round of golf at the Granby Ranch Course, 3 miles away. Cast a line on the community’s private stretch of the Fraser River on summer days.

Drive 22 minutes to downtown Fraser to play at the rec center or explore unique shops and upscale dining on Zerex Street.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spring Break success!
This house was amazing, from its location on the lift to its layout. Well-equipped and thoughtfully appointed. We loved the fireplace and views. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for 8. We skiied 4 days at Granby and never had to drive! Would be thrilled to stay here again. Thank you

Great place!
Overall a really great well appointed house. Management company is very responsive. My only note of caution to renters: check out all the renting fees (expensive!) and know that nothing is included at the location. You have to buy passes to go to the pool or walk the property. Not a deal breaker, but a bug change from prior years.

Wonderful Spring Break Stay
The property was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. It had all the necessary essentials for cooking. The three levels gave everyone their own space, and the main living area was nice and open when we all came together for dining and game time. The children especially enjoyed having the two sleds that were in the garage. It was a nice touch for the young ones to be able to play just outside in the yard. Our teens/adults especially enjoyed having the ski in/ski out access. It was not an issue for us, but need to be mindful that the route to get to the home is a “blue” level trail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to start planning our next trip!

Loved the home. Wonder Place. Unfortunately was not ski in/ski out as lift was not open and we also had no access to the hot tub. Some of these factors were obviously affected by COVID however transparency would have been appreciated.

Great family ski weekend
The location was great, perfect ski In/ski out location. All of the beds were comfortable with plenty of space for everyone in our family. Kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. There were 2 small things missing on our first day and the property manager brought them right away. We would definitely love to stay here again next time we are in Granby!

Beautiful and fun.
We spent Thanksgiving here. We had plenty of space with 5 young children and 6 adults. Even though the ski hill was closed there was plenty of snow to play in. We went on beautiful hikes and enjoyed the area. We were able to cook our Thanksgiving dinner at the house. Thanks for the memories. We hope to be back next year!

Very comfortable, well-appointed home. Excellent access directly from back patio onto the Kicking Horse lift. Home floor plan allows a large group to spread out, yet gather in the great room or family room for lots of fun.

Amazing weekend!!
We definitely enjoyed our stay! In town for a baseball tournament and had WAY more room than we needed! Layout was great and accommodations were comfortable. I do wish the other bedrooms had fans as just the master does. We got box fans on sale from City Market and that made it much more comfortable at night. Yes, it’s the mountains and it’s cool at night, but we are used to having the noise! That’s literally the only tiny thing that would have made a difference, everything else was perfect! And even then.. it’s just our weird preference. We find ourselves in the area a lot whether we are skiing, baseball, riding dirt bikes or on the lake and we’ll definitely be staying again!

House was excellent--not enough snow for ski in ski out.
The property did not have a shuttle which was disappointing but ended up working out. I had six grandchildren who had not skied before and they were all rock stars from the ages of 3-14. They were planning on next year's ski trip before we left. Granby was a great place for the kids to learn!

Our family’s annual ski weekend at Ski Granby Ranch is always much anticipated when we rent this beautiful home. It’s spacious, well-appointed, and convenient. The ski-in/ski-out setting allows everyone to hit the slopes at one’s own speed end return easily for breaks and lunch. New additions this year, the comfy futon in the loft and the main floor tv, were great additions. This has hit the top of our favorite VRBO list!
