Light, bright, and blissful our newly built 2022 house situated in Grand Elk, Granby. A large living room and kitchen space offers room for the whole family and group of friends to hang out. High-end appliances with a fully stocked kitchen ready to make meals and memories. Outdoor patio with a hot tub and a grill.
Adventure and activities galore! We are 9 min from Granby Ski Resort, only 25mins from Winter Park, 10 mins from Lake Granby, and 30 mins from Rocky Mtn Nat Park.

The Space:
Bright and open living and dining room is the perfect gathering place for family and friends.

Spacious, open, and fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances and large kitchen island with breakfast bar is ready for holiday or special reunions.

Outdoor patio is perfect for a relaxing and cozy après-ski and/or post-outdoor adventure celebration. Includes gas grill, lounge chairs with small table, and private hot tub.

Cute, comfy, and cozy kid’s nook located on first floor next to living room allows for a play or a nap space for little ones.

Golf course location, garage parking (including EV vehicle charger!), 2 unisex bicycles with tire pump for cruising around the neighborhood.

Bedrooms
The home offers 4 bedrooms, including 3 king suites. Every bedroom has linens, blankets, and pillows. In the closets, you'll find foldable luggage storage racks, hangers, and a humidifier.

Bedroom #1 (Primary bedroom):
King bed, dresser, shower, tv and walk-in closest. Pack 'n Play with sheets, sound machine, high chair, and first aid kit stored in walk-in closet. Located on first floor.

Bedroom #2:
King bed, dresser, tv and closet. Located on second floor.

Bedroom #3:
King bed, tv, closet, and full bathroom. Located on second floor.

Bedroom #4:
Two twin-over-full bunk beds and sleeps up to six. Ideal for children. There is a bathroom in hallway near this room.

Clean, lovely home, well stocked home
We travel a lot. Have rented many homes and hotel rooms. This is a five star, comfortable property. It has a very well stocked kitchen. You lack nothing for cooking or baking. Comfortable beds, clean new linens, good WiFi, open floor plan for eating and gathering. Can’t say enough good things about it. Our only negative was that if you’re enjoying hot tub or patio you have to be conscientious about being quiet after 7pm as the houses are close together. Understandable but if you’re enjoying friends/family and conversation it’s a bit restrictive. Again, great otherwise!

We have stayed in the neighborhood before and really like the location. The property was as expected and worked out great for our family. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the living room. Their was dog hair all over the couch that got on our clothing. Couch is a light color and the dog hair was white so it was hard to see until you sat on it.

The house is fully equipped with all the accessories you will need. It is nestled in a quiet subdivision in Granby. The hot tub is a plus! The beds are very comfortable to sleep in. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

First Class Property
We have been renting properties in the Winter Park and Granby areas for our annual family vacations for over 10 years now and Anna’s home was by far the best we have experienced! Not only was the house beautiful but meticulously clean and so well organized. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located between Grand Lake and Winter Park. Anna’s was the consummate host her communication was excellent and the welcome book and rental instructions were so detailed leaving no questions unanswered. The home more than accommodated our party of eight adults comfortably. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were so comfortable in this beautiful home. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

This place was amazing! They thought of everything! Even ear plugs. Check in was easy, property is beautiful. There is a grocery at the entrance of the neighborhood that was super convenient. Several little towns within an hours drive to check out. The Hot tub was my favorite :) I would definitely stay again!

MUST MUST STAY! 10 out of 10, Amazing rental property!
This house was a 10 out of 10. As a host for 12+ years myself, I will be renting this house as much as I can! I even took some pointers for my own rental. Clean, modern, high quality design, extremely well equipped, cozy, hot tub, patio seating, parking, and so much more. This house literally had everything you need for a vacation that felt like home. It’s less then a 10 minute drive to town and walking distance to the golf course and it’s restaurant. You can see Granby ski resort from the neighborhood as well. Having access to the garage was a big bonus. The garage also has an EV charger! The host was extremely quick at communicating and always willing to help with anything I had questions about. I highly recommend renting this house and I look forward to renting it again myself! AMAZING AMAZING stay.
