The hotel is in a good location. We arrived during a cold weekend and the heating wasn’t working. I requested double bed but received 2 single bed room. For the price paid, I expected better condition of the room.

Great hotel in a fantastic location in Grenada. Our room was large with two twin beds. Breakfast was included in the price and was a buffet with a large selection of meat, cheese, eggs, breads, fruits, juices, etc.

So so.....even one of the two welcome water bottles in the room was previously opened. They should provide a single large size bed for the couples instead of two small beds joined together. So difficult to adjust your sleep style what you are not used to of.

Excellent location/Pleasant stay.
Very good central location in every sense. Hotel/room were clean and tidy with fairly good facilities. Staff were helpful and friendly. As I was staying for ten nights they changed my room to one with fantastic front view overlooking the city, canal and Alhambra. They also provided me with a kettle and cups in my room. Now negatives, and I'm nitpicking here. Unless you speak Spanish communication can be an issue, so if you need to check out early in the morning, sort out your bill the night before as I did. Reception service can also be quite slow. The bar/cafe in the lobby always looks as though it's closed, so if you need serving you need to inform the reception. If like me you prefer your tea as in the UK, ie, plain tea with milk, this can also be a problem. I even used a translator on my smart phone and still didn't succeed! Mini-bar in the room is bare, so I popped to local supermarket and filled it up myself (for total of 7 euros, including a 1L bottle of gin!). As I said I'm nitpicking here a little. Overall, just short of top marks.

Great stay, great value.
Nice hotel with premium parking. Large comfortable room on the 7th floor. Dated but clean and quiet. Wonderful view of snow capped mountains. Breakfast was a free for all nightmare. Skip it. Would return and stay again.

Nice hotel 5 mins from the centre of Granada
Reception staff were very friendly and spoke English well. They were able to advise of different places to eat and drink. Would definitely stay there again.
