This hotel was in a great location, right across from the Plaza Nuevo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was that the beds were very firm and not comfortable. Otherwise we loved it and would stay there again!

Very quaint and cozy. The location is perfect, and the attention and services provides were outstanding. Lovely hotel in the heart of Granada, close to everything we wanted to see. Will definitely stay here again!!!!!

The location was perfect! We were in the heart of the city! Close to everything we wanted to see! The GranadaCathedral, la Alhambra, hop on hop off bus tours, the plaza, so many great restaurants and quaint local bars The rooms were cozy and the balcony view was spectacular!

Ideal location on Plaza Nueva where the road up to the Alhambra starts. The room was small but fully functional, with the easiest to use shower of any we've stayed at on this trip. Only downside: chair but no table. Staff (Pilar) was friendly and helpful. Parking available at hotel next door; requires negoting some hairpin turns down the garage ramp. All in all an enjoyable stay. Book your Alhambra tickets way in advance; we hadn't, and only got tickets through sheer luck.

It was a fantastic area for what we wanted to see in Granada. Parking was at a different hotel but just a block away so convenient but not ideal. The room was fine for what we needed and had a great view of the plaza. It was a little hectic getting to the area but it was mostly on us misunderatanding the instructions sent from the hotel as its in a reatricted area for driving.

Great place to stay. The woman who worked the afternoon shift on the desk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great -- an easy walk to Alhambra, and right in the thick of old town. Loads of interesting little shops, restaurants, etc. Nice balcony with the room overlooking a plaza, great to stand out and people watch. Getting to the hotel was a story, however, LOL! Our GPS tried to take us right through Old Town, extremely narrow, bendy, steep hill cobblestone roads and whatnot. The roads kept getting narrower and narrower. And narrower still. We finally reached a point where we literally did not think we could get through without risking damage to our rental car. The sign said the width was "1 meter, 8." Despite having an "economy" sized car, we chickened out because there was a sharp nearly hairpin turn as part of that narrow byway (with scrapes on walls from previous cars). So we had to backtrack uphill in reverse for a long distance. An adventure to be sure! This story has nothing to do with the hotel, but just sharing as a warning for future travelers. Don't let your GPS take through through Old Town. We finally found a way to bypass Old Town to a parking garage near Old Town named "Victoria Parking." Perfect. Hotel has a nice elevator. Good A/C. Very clean and comfortable room with two twin beds. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this lovely hotel in the heart of Old Town.

An amazing location, a clean room
A good little hotel. Clean small rooms, good AC, friendly service. A nice common terrace on the third floor (although, the plastic chairs on the terrace could be cleaned every now and then because our backs ended up smeared with white chalky residue after eating there.) Our room had a cute tiny balcony with a view on to a side street, towards an abandoned part of the building across the street, but the hotel's general location is amazing - it is close to everything (a bit far from the train station if you walk, but right in the middle of all major attractions). Our biggest complaints were the tiny size of the shower stall and the strong trashy smell in the hotel hallway on the second day. The shower stall was so small that my wife had to become a contortionist in order to shave her legs. The stall had no shelving for toiletries, so we had to stuff our things behind the pipes and behind the provided shampoo bottles, which resulted in items falling down while we were showering and required further contortions in order to retrieve them. Other than that, a very pleasant stay.

C’est vraiment au cœur de la ville, près de tout, de toutes les attractions historiques et touristiques.la rue monte directement à l’Alhambra. Le personnel A vraiment tout fait pour que nous trouvions l’endroit facilement. Il est à noter qu’il faut vraiment surveiller les courriels que nous envoie l’hôtel puisqu’il nous donne des indications très pertinentes pour le stationnement qui est très compliqué au centre de Grenade. Le personnel, vous donnera une adresse électronique pour trouver le parking de l’hôtel, puis ensuite vous aidera à vous garer, car le stationnement est compliqué! Par contre, très très bien.
