O hotel tem potencial, mas precisa de ajustes…
Tivemos transtornos já na chegada, pois as 15 hs ainda não havia quarto disponível. Minha reserva possuía informação de que o quarto era com vista para montanha, mas nos colocaram num quarto que não era possível abria a cortina, uma vez que dava para a área central do hotel e com janelas de outros quartos a pouco metros. A acústica do hotel é ruim, pois é possível ouvir até o teor das conversas do quarto ao lado. Talvez se nós tivéssemos o quarto que reservamos nossa experiência poderia ser melhor. Ficamos na cidade mas preferimos trocar de hotel…

Pontos positivos: O hotel é muito limpo e o café da manhã é excelente, muita variedade! As piscinas são aquecidas, uma delas é infantil. Pontos negativos: Ficamos em um quarto no primeiro piso e podíamos ouvir todo o barulho do saguão, restaurante e hóspedes passando. Cedo pela manhã já éramos acordados pelo barulho! O hotel conta com um espaço kids pago que não está incluído no valor da diária. O valor por hora é caro e eles aceitam crianças de fora do hotel. O ruim é que as crianças veem e querem entrar, mas não podem. Acho que deveriam ter um espaço que fosse incluído no valor da diária.

segunda vez que fico na rede SKY, primeira vez foi ruim, e a segunda conseguiu ser ainda pior. Infelizmente este hotel não deveria estar em Gramado, é extremente caro por o que oferece. Quartos sujos, paredes sujas, café da manhã horrivel, bagunçado, quantidades absurdas em cada recipiente, nota-se que é sobra do café colonial que eles servem e vendem a parte. Tudo ruim, feito sem carinho. Maquina de café suja, café ruim demais. Atendimento péssimo, pedi duas toalhas e não levaram, tive que me vestir e ir buscar, no final queriam cobrar 10 % extra pelos serviços, nunca vi isso em hoteis.. mas lá tinha, me neguei pagar, afinal atendimento foi ruim. E é impossivel dormir, barulho ds carros e apos as 6:30 dos hospedes, ecoa pelo hotel que parecem estar dentro do quarto. Pior experiência de minha vida, não vale nunca o preço pago. Ponto positivo, quarto bem grande, localização ok para quem esta de carro.
