Como jå havia me hospedado, achei que o café da manhã decaiu muito. Outro inconveniente são as paredes drywall, permitindo que se escute com muita facilidade o barulho nos corredores e quartos próximos, tirando a privacidade.

Atendimento muito receptivo. Limpeza dos quartos deixa a desejar. Manutenção nos quartos deve ser melhor observada. ReclamaçÔes deixadas na recepção. Posso ter dado azar, mas hoje dia 24mar2019, 01 garçom no café da manhã e 2 pessoas na cozinha IMPOSSIVEL dar conta com o restaurante lotado durante 1 hora que permaneci ali. Fica uma impressão ruim, até porque os hospedes tb sem noção não ajudam.

O Hotel atendeu plenamente as expectativas. O atendimento e limpezas muito bons. O café estava bom mad não farto com detalhe de que não tinha manteiga. A piscina é pequena mas estava limpa e quente. Mas os ofurÎ estavam sem temperatura adequada. Fora isso, recomendo.

Hotel simples, nĂŁo se pode ter grandes expectativas. Entretanto, o esforço e a dedicação da equipe de atendimento superam as notĂĄveis deficiĂȘncias de organização e manutenção da propriedade. Eles foram nota 10! A garagem poderia ter seus espaços marcados e deveriam ser retirados os entulhos que lĂĄ estĂŁo. Os banheiros tem mofo em algumas peças, como a ducha higiĂȘnica e ladrilhos. O cafĂ© da manhĂŁ Ă© simples e meio tumultuado, nĂŁo espere nada especial neste item. Os corredores estĂŁo "judiados" e requerem reparos e pintura. NĂŁo pode se esquecer que Ă© um hotel barato para os padrĂ”es de Gramado. Se alguĂ©m quiser mais tranquilidade e mais qualidade nas instalaçÔes deve procurar as mĂșltiplas pousadas da regiĂŁo, existindo boas opçÔes relativamente perto do centro, muitas em ruas secundĂĄrias.

estuvo muy buena, nos gusta mucho el encantos hortensias pero esta muy descuidado, la piscina esta descuidada y las habitaciones también! No tienen televisión por cable o sea que para familias es muy limitado quedarse en la habitación!
