A experiencia no Hostel Eleganz é sepre espetacular, ou a Gramado com uma certa frquencia e sempre fico no mesmo hostel, já virou minha egunda casa rs .... A equipe é maravilhosa, café da manhã execelente e limpeza tbm. Super recomendo para todos que vão a cidade.

Café da manhã fantástico e boa localização
A energia do hostel é até boa. A localização é excelente. A cama com cortina e tomada tbm são bons pontos. O café da manhã é FANTÁSTICO. Os pontos negativos vão para o banheiro compartilhado e a qualidade da cama em si. Minha cama fazia muito barulho, o que era péssimo até para as demais pessoas dentro do quarto. O banheiro compartilhado é péssimo pela falta de privacidade e falta de uma higiene melhor. Não existem cabines individuais, é como um banheiro de shopping e as portas dos chuveiros estavam todas com defeito e não fechavam direito. A parede dos chuveiros estavam nojentas de lodo, encostei sem querer para me apoiar e estava escorregadia até.

Incrível hostel. Fiquei no quarto compartilhado feminino mas tem suítes. Um dos melhores que já fiquei. Lindo demais. Tem uma sala top de TV e outra área com computador e livros. Café da manhã com várias opções. E tem uma cozinha que pode ser usada. Fui bem recebida pelas meninas. Me senti super à vontade Além da localização que é excelente

Uma.vergonha os quartos! Camas apertadas com uma cama em.cima da outra sem espaço até a própria locomoção ...de um acaba batendo e acordando o outro ao tentar sair do quarto ... pior a porta do quarto bate a noite toda ao entrar ou sair d alguém do quarto! Não consegui dormir! Tive q ir o outro hotel p poder dormir! Fiquei 1 noite de tão péssimo.... E comprei de terça a domingo! Um absurdo! Gente andando de camisola e pijama pelo corredor p ter acesso ao banheiro que é coletivo! E o hotel não quis me devolver o dinheiro nem a taxa de turismo q me cobrou de todas as diárias

Com certeza o atendimento Ismael e Deivid foram sensacionais. O hostel e bem bonito, mas minha cama tinha um cheiro forte não sei se era algum produto de limpeza que me incomodou. Do mais só atitudes mal humoradas de outros hóspedes que não tem nada vê com a instalações do hotel. Recomendo se você for de boa com compartilhamento de espaço coletivo.

Colchoes de péssima qualidade, escorrega na berada da cama d tão mole o colchão,não tem sobre lençol a coberta é edredom puro, quer dizer o mesmo q todos hóspedes usam sem higienização. O café deixa à desejar, fiquei esperando um tempão pra repor o café e quando veio faltou o leite, trouxeram frio pq estava perto da hora do encerramento.

Uma boa opção, necessitando de melhoras!
O quarto do albergue muito abafado, sem ventilação. A única janela não era aberta por causa do frio do exterior. Banheiros muito sujos, sem serviço de limpeza durante o dia. Recepção muito demorada e atrapalhada na hora do check in. Faltou calefação nas áreas sociais. Café da manhã estava bom.
