For shared use: garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, children's playground (swing). In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 50 m, 2 km. Tennis 600 m, ski lift 500 m, gondola lift, skisport facilities 500 m, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school, sled run, ice rink 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zermatt 25 km, Saas Fee 30 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Private ski room with boot warming system is next to the Bergbahn Hannigalp.
