The well-maintained garden surrounds the luxurious terrace and provides the opportunity for outdoor grilling and dining.

This impressive villa spans three floors. From the ground floor, you access the terrace on the first floor, where the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances is located. The living room is furnished with a smart TV and an indoor fireplace. The dining area adjoins the balcony, allowing you to enjoy breathtaking views of the sea.
