My favourite motel in Goulburn!
I had an excellent stay at Willows Motel Goulburn. Check in was friendly and the room spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed and the shower were both very good. I appreciated the kitchenette facilities and microwave, but there was no teatowel nor dishcloth supplied, maybe an oversight? The tv was a good size but the sound very poor. The heating was quiet and efficient.

Cleaning staff need to be commended. Needs a PROFESSIONAL refurbishment - bathroom fixtures loose and dangerous. (Toilet seat wrong size & held by one screw, shower soap dish falling out of wall, vanity basin flick mixer loose and NO HOT WATER for 4 hours.)

There is no way that this motel is 4 star, the room was tiny, the heater was inefficient and so noisy that you could not leave it on while we slept. The dishes were not clean and a wine glass still had traces of lipstick on it.
