Room ok but no sunlight or view
Room was fine. Spacious and had everything you need. However basically all the windows in this hotel face inside to communal areas, so no views or direct sunlight in the rooms. Also my hot water smelt like rotten eggs until I left it running for a while.

The property is Very centrally located, and the staff are kind and helpful. Unfortunately, sanitation was not a priority at this place. The surfaces, walls, and the chairs were stained and very dirty in our room. Even in the dining room, the chairs were dirty. We stayed at the hotel for three nights and we never got any supplies or toiletries. Our rooms never got cleaned, and our trash bins were overflowing. When asked, The maid indicated that the rooms don’t get cleaned every day. She even told us that the body lotion is for the suites only. The morning breakfast was decent, and there was a variety of foods. However, we paid over $200 per night and expected an above average hotel.

Best reception people. Good breakfast. Big Tv ( but no access to inputs if you travel with a Roku or similar device). False advertising as far as air conditioning goes. They keep them turned off and you have no control of it. The windows don’t open and the room air is stagnant and hot. A new bathtub was suspended over an old shower area and installed at an angle that makes it very dangerous for a slip and fall. (And it is very slippery))

We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet our room was despite being located over the train station. We were warned at check in that housekeeping was only every few days unless requested so didn't have any issues ther. Comfortable beds and wonderful breakfast. Water pressure was great. The sauna/fitness centre looked directly over the train tracks which was strange but not unpleasant.
