Goolwa Riverwalk B&B is ideally located only a few hundred metres from the iconic Murray River in magnificent Goolwa South Australia. Offering modern and beautifully appointed fully self-contained three bedroom accommodation, this 100 year old cottage provides the perfect base for your stay whether business or leisure.

Our Bed & Breakfast provides three bedrooms comprising two Queen size beds and one single bed with trundle. To ensure you enjoy your stay with us we provide quality linen and fresh towels for your comfort. If your stay is for 2 or more nights, we include the first days full breakfast provisions for you. The property also includes a private entrance and verandah for your exclusive use.

Highly recommended!

Right from booking to leaving, our stay (3 women and a dog) at Goolwa Riverwalk B&B was excellent. Communication from the Host could not have been bettered. The extra little touches of welcoming goodies and thoughtful, delicious supplies were better than anything I've encountered before. The property and facilities were all clean, welcoming and very comfortable. An added bonus was being able to have my dog there, a large greyhound who was made to feel as welcome as I was. The fenced and gated yard meant the dog was safe to wander outside if he wanted to. The house itself is located in a quiet street within easy driving access to all facilities and attractions. At one end of the street is a bushland area, and at the other end is the river, so there are lovely areas close-by for late evening or early morning walks without having to hop into the car and travel to suitable dog-walk areas. I have no hesitation in recommending Ali's lovely B&B with its pleasant, interesting garden as a great place to spend your holiday. We'll certainly be going back there again at some time in the future.

Very very pleasant

We loved our stay. The little cottage is very comfy and was nice. The thing I missed was a comfy outdoor area. That is the only minus we found at the place it is small but we knew that. The owner was very professional and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone

Friendly and welcoming

I had a wonderful stay at Riverwalk. Ali, our host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were very accommodating and generous in providing breakfast supplies and a few snacks that met my dietary requirements. The fact that Riverwalk is dog-friendly was a huge plus, being able to bring my doggo along for Christmas meant the word. Ali and Tim even helped jump-start my car, which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be recommending Riverwalk to friends and family, and hope to come back next year.

Taking our Grand daughter to meet her great grand parents for the first time.

We flew into Adelaide from Perth and drove to Goolwa to stay at that Goolwa Riverwalk. Our host, Ali, made sure that we had everything that we needed prior to our arrival. We did not have to pack anything extra to enjoy our stay, all essentials (and some extra goodies), were available. Although the accommodation is nice and cosy for a family of 4 adults and a 14 month baby (which we were advised of prior to departing Perth, so no nasty surprises there), we were not crammed or living on top of each other. A very tidy and well appointed place to stay for a week, as well as an exceptionally friendly host, made out stay one to remember for all the good reasons. It was also refreshing to meet and talk to the host of the accommodation, something that we don't see enough of. Thanks Ali for making our stay enjoyable. We will be booking this again on our next visit to Goolwa.

Cute and convenient

My family and I stayed for New Years as part of a family road trip. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived at this cute property. Ali stocked up on breakfast goodies for our coming days (which we all loved). The property was clean, well appointed and a short walk down to the river with a bike track and a walk down to restaurants on the docks. Loved the stay and would recommend to families planning to stay in the area.
