I had reserved a King room, but was told there wasn’t one available. I went to the double queen room, which was horrible, and I asked the front desk to me moved to another room. That room was worse than the first one. After discussing the issues about this room, she was able to find a King bedroom. This room turned out to be just as horrible as the other two. My brother in-law was in another room in this motel and his room had the same issues, which are;
1. Live Roaches
2. Unidentifiable stains on the carpets, furniture (sofa and chairs), walls, bed linens and sheets and pillows.
3. What appears to be noticeable blood stains on the walls.
4. Black mold in the mini refrigerators, bathrooms, HVAC systems equipment and air vents.
5. Multiple maintenance issue throughout the complex inside and out.
6. Leaky water fixtures
7. There was not much TV service available
8. Cigarette burns on the furniture
9. The stairways have a very strong smell of urine.
10. Outside security doors do not have any locks that work on most of the entrance ways.
11. The pool area is disgusting and has a smell coming from that area.
12. It appears that they allow people to just live there during certain times and kick them out when they need to rent out a room. Not many cars in the parking lot however many homeless people walking around.
Place had roaches. Changed rooms because my first one was dirty and the second one had roaches. I wasn’t going to write a review but I was only given back my deposit after only staying for 4 hours and not offered a half a refound or anything. If I was at least offered I would not have written a review. Won’t book again.
Staff very friendly, courteous, helpful & welcoming
The hotel is old & needs lots of updates. Not being taken care of by Wyndham which is surprising & not any fault of the workers. Sheets & towels & bathroom clean but everything else is being neglected. Lots of things not working properly & vents & air conditioning needs to be cleaned & replaced. Breakfast needs update. Basically coffee & toast. Extremely surprised @ Wyndham Days Inn
Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. I typically stay at Days Inn, when i travel, this was far the worst one. It was very dirty, floor had food on it, couch had human secretion, sheets werent clean, stains on the walls. It also had cockroaches…..
They charged my credit card twice,
I called my credit card and they said yes it's been approved two times. The manager could not get it to appear on his computer screen. I got charged twice and was not given a room. I had to book at different hotel. It was a total dumpster fire. You can't fix stupid and I'll never book with Days Inn or Expedia.
The hotel staff was friendly. The ice machines did not work, so they did have bagged ice readily available. The bath towels were small and rough. We selected the hotel because of the price and the "included breakfast." Although the breakfast area was set up with the standard motel breakfast equipment, all that was served was bread (a few slices) and bagels (a few plain bagels with no condiments). When asked if they were going to be putting the breakfast out, the front desk clerk was apologetic and said that is all they serve for breakfast. If it wasn't for the friendly staff and decent cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel would only receive a 1 star for comfort and breakfast.
