Nice hotel surrounded by beautiful scenes. 5 adult sisters fitted in a room with 2 QB Q Sofabed. Plenty charging points. Great breakfast choices included in the room rate. Clean, quiet. Highly recommend!

The breakfast items were always our of stock, cinnamon rolls, bagels, cream cheese, cereal, yogurt, and when asked staff to fill them up, they gave us a snare and looks that says how dare you ask for it, one time they bring the yogurt like 6 packs , said here you go. very disappointed. The room was never vacuumed properly, washroom tiles have pink residue in the grout. The trash baskets were not managed properly, found garbage on the floor after the cleaning. Pool and hot tub were not maintained and cleaned, there is no security or control over people making mess in the pool, there were 5 guys splashing water all over the place, and front desk didnt help to ask them to leave or behave, we have to leave the pool are with kids, cannot leave kids in the unsafe environment, NOT A KIDS friendly pool.

It’s better than other Holiday Inn locations I’ve stayed in. The location is very convenient to get to popular tourist attractions, dining options, and the highway. Breakfast is a bit chaotic with the staff doing their best to keep up. Seating could be limited during peak times. Room is clean and in good condition. Overall I’d stay here again.
