When we arrived there was a bit of confusion with our booking. We had special instructions on our booking that we have breakfast included but at the reception we were told that we had to pay for two nights parking and breakfasts also were not included

Location was spot on just a short walk to tram. Easy walk to heart of Surfers Paradise. No balcony therefore no fresh air. Had to sleep with aircon on and there was no top sheet on the bed just a doona in a cover.

I booked a King room with an Ocean view at a fixed price with breakfast and got bumped down to a normal room with no breakfast for a much higher rate, we will never stay at VOCO again, never.

Excellent location, right next to the Surfers Paradise station and the Q1 sky observation tower. The building is a little old but luckily well maintained. Great breakfast buffet selection and friendly staff service. P.S. if you get the river view, you can get stunning sunset view all from the comfort of the room, which is also very warm during winter as the sun shines in during the colder times of the day.
