I had a lovely stay. The hotel was beautifully kept. My room was always clean. Everyone was always so helpful. I would love to see a little touch of the signature pink in the rooms. The rooms could use a lift from the brown and grey. The spa was magnificent Rhiannon was the best therapist. It was a wonderful stay. I wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you.

Fantastic property and well worth the nightly rate. Instant relaxation from the minute you enter the foyer, that signature scent is divine. All staff from all departments were impeccable, welcoming and friendly. The different dining options and the fresh high quality food offerings were delicious. Hotel is awesome and enjoyed our stay. Only bad things were 1. Dozens of tiny flys in our room and the corridor like drain flies. 2. The meal at the restaurant said a lamb shoulder which was correct but could not taste the lamb as it was spiced up with Indian flavours.

The room was spacious with a large enclosed balcony and very well appointed. Amazing pool area, overlooking the beach. Can get very windy by the pool. Bar service by pool but difficult to get service and QR code not operating. Restaurants very expensive, need more options for food. Close walk to light rail, only one stop to Broadbeach.
