Loved the facilities. Restaurants and bars inside the hotel then you're a 2 minute walk to the beach and shopping. By far one of my most fav stays I've had on the Gold coast. The new Reno is amazing

Great refurbed Hotel
Great refurb on an old hotel and fantastic location and some rooms have ocean views… I’m a little disappointed I had to contact them to release the 100 bond they take after a month of it being in my credit card

Prime location for transport, shopping and dining. Property was great except the bathroom was bit mouldy otherwise everything else was spot on, if you are couple wanted to stay few days this place is perfect.

Our stay was almost absolutely perfect! The showers, the bed, the blackout curtains and the extra detail on the room offerings were excellent and we enjoyed a great dip in the pool. The only reason it isn't a complete 5/5 is because you can hear the club music and street noise throughout surfers paradise through the sliding doors and bathroom windows. It is somewhat blocked by the thickness of the sliding doors but the bathroom window didn't close properly. Luckily we were too tired and slept through it. Overall, pretty happy with our stay and would book again

Large and comfortable room, bathroom is large and comfortable too. Very convenient with walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The TV and the air conditioner are very easy to use compared with other hotels where we had lots of troubles to use.
