Our stay was almost absolutely perfect! The showers, the bed, the blackout curtains and the extra detail on the room offerings were excellent and we enjoyed a great dip in the pool. The only reason it isn't a complete 5/5 is because you can hear the club music and street noise throughout surfers paradise through the sliding doors and bathroom windows. It is somewhat blocked by the thickness of the sliding doors but the bathroom window didn't close properly. Luckily we were too tired and slept through it. Overall, pretty happy with our stay and would book again

Large and comfortable room, bathroom is large and comfortable too. Very convenient with walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The TV and the air conditioner are very easy to use compared with other hotels where we had lots of troubles to use.

Perfect location. A stone throw away from Surfer’s paradise (mall and beach). The restaurant on the ground floor served very delicious food.

I arrive from Brisbane going in gold coast. when i arrive in hotel in which i had a booking for 3 nights and already paid using my card. The staff did not allow me to check in until I had the money on my card for the bond: I showed the stuff that I have deposited money on my card, but it will take few hours before it appears and then offer her if I can use cash for the bond, But she says she can’t allow me to check in until the money appears on my account. I just find it really inconvenience because you can’t assume everyone especially the elderly to use card, There are still some people who are using cash to cash basis. I’m wondering if the money appears on my card the day after it means ill be waiting for few hours . the roo is paid already and they wont allow me to check in because of the bond? other hotels considered cash for the bond.. so I find it really, really inconsiderate

The location is perfect. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy to get to every place you want. But some facilities are a little bit out of the days. Bathroom doesn’t have fan so it’s humid after shower.
