The design features floor to ceiling glass stacker doors and offers wall-to-wall views of Kirra across to the Surfers Paradise skyline. You will enjoy privacy and comfort from this spacious three bedroom, three bathroom apartment.

Split over 2 levels with internal stair access, featuring a huge entertaining deck, perfect for relaxing in the evening and for whale watching in winter!

Lovely view but this apartment in desperate need of maintenance and a good clean. Only 4 dinner plates, yet we booked for 5 adults? Spa Bath plug falling to bits, downstairs ensuite showerhead faulty. Outdoor fire out of order, why? thought this was advertised as a luxury apartment? No bbq supplied not even in communial pool area. Dirty kitchen handles, cooking fat residue on them, plates unclean in cupboard!

Awesome View
Location of property was great and view from apartment was pretty awesome. Apartment was really clean and great place to hangout if you just want to have easy days at home and go to beach and for walks. Great 8km round trip to Coolangatta along the boardwalk which was a special way to start the day. Only disappointments were 1) having to provide own linen, last thing you want to do when hiring a really nice apartment is to bring your own linen or to hire it and have to make your own beds when you get there and 2) The pool was disappointing, looks nice in picture but wasn't cleaned and construction happening next door which made it dirtier. Daughters love spending time in a pool but went once and didn't go back so that was disappointing. Overall was a great stay but the 2 items above let it down so if ok with these then highly recommend this apartment to stay in.

Fantastic Location with stunning views, apartment was great just a pitty that a few of the luxury items ie the spa bath and the gas fire place were "out of order" but can only assume they have been this way for a while, would be worth having them fixed.
