It was a safe, quiet and easy to park motel with lovely rooms and supplies. Cleanliness is also noticeable and staff easy goingness. Definitely will book again with it when i get work assignment in the area.

Looked old from the front but the 3 bedroom apartment was totally renovated & an absolute pleasure to stay at with the G tram basically at the front door.

The staff were excellent to deal with. The bathroom may need repairs as the shower door had trouble opening and closing and the tiles/grout needed a good scrub. The room was convenient for our overnight stay.

Friendly staff on arrival. Clean linen with comfortable bed. Stairways & corridor carpet worn out & dirty looking. Fridge with exposed cables, fridge not in its normal position, fridge found widely open with towel inside. Room with strong malodour👎. No AC in bedroom.

The original room I was given had a strong smell and the bed was very poor quality and alot of noise outside. I asked for another room and was allocated a different one. The second room was alot better however I decided not to stay there as I didn't feel very safe there with some questionable people walking around outside and the noise of the trams and road traffic. I think it was very overpriced for what it offered.
