This property was very nice to stay at. Very clean and beautiful room. Staff were very kind and accommodating. Definitely is walkable as it’s close to pacific fair shopping centre. Nothing bad to say definitely will stay again

Beautiful hotel , the staff were aware of a broken lift but at no time were we informed until check out. All patrons were forced to wait 20 to 30 minutes for the one lift available. If we were told , we could have allowed much more time to leave the rooms . Disappointed.

We like this property. It’s easy to walk most places and parking is easy with a $20 flat rate with validation from front desk. There is still a lot of construction around the casino and limited dining options/trading hours within the actual casino/hotel but plenty across the road in Broadbeach but again they also have limited dining hours. Don’t believe Google. Call the restaurant. The hotel is clean and the staff are very nice and efficient for check in/out. The beds are comfortable enough. Very very small bar fridge for about three water bottles only in a room. Large bathrooms.

Probably should have picked something else for a romantic stay. But I also believe I wasn’t given what I’d paid for! On arrival we were told that the room we had booked and paid for was sold out and we we given an ‘upgrade’ which wasn’t an upgrade it was ‘side grade’ Parking was very difficult to work out and time wasted wandering around the casino asking where to go! We paid for breakfast which was with the masses in the star casino ‘canteen’ omg never seen anything as over crowded and hectic as this. The room, however, was very nice, clean modern and lovely. Wasn’t really the night I had been sold but that is what it is like at the Gold Coast these days. Hope I have learnt my lesson

The room was lovely with an amazing view. Staff were helpful and friendly and the cafe downstairs is delightful. Shame the dining options are limited, particularly for breakfast and room service.

The fridge wasn’t big enough to put your drinks also the pillow was too big and i find it’s very uncomfortable to sleep although the receptionist they were very helpful because my partner had an injury in his foot they organise a doctor for him which we really appreciated.
