The property was extremely dirty, outdated and need some very urgent maintenance. The verandah door Didn’t lock and the overall unit required a really good clean.
The unit was terrible and the bathroom was mouldy and the unit needed a through clean
Clean staff were very accommodating. Though was a little disappointed that we had to clean mop and vacuum before we left. Not cheap However it was hard to get accommodation at this time of the year.
Can’t complain it was nice and affordable for our family

Customer service experience was terrible, check in was slow and difficult. Asked of spa was hot ajd reassured multiple times. When we went to use this it was freezing. Had to asl for it to be turned on and then it was a 2 hour wait for it to heat up. We never made ot into the spa. There are big warnings all over the place and in the room about how much you will be charged for a variety of unreasonable things. Check out was very stressful because of this. To top it all off, when we checked in they wrote our whole card number and CCV down on a piece of paper and kept it. We asked about it at checkout and managed to get it crossed out. Would not return.
Arrived at the property to find an extremely dirty and messy reception area. Receptionist was rude and insistent on charging a bond for the room (not previously advised of this charge), found my credit card details had been handwritten on a sheet of paper by the receptionist which I wasn't impressed with. Receptionist insisted that charges were owing however a check of our bank account revealed that we had already been charged and were trying to be charged a second time...
Into the room to find it very old and tired, and unfortunately, filthy. Floors that hadn't been swept, mould around tapware, mould and grime in cupboards, lounges that were filthy dirty.
Were booked for two nights however after one night we couldn't stand the dirt, the filth and so many other things that were wrong with the property and the service that we left, forgoing the second paid night's accommodation. Receptionist advised of our displeasure however provide dno acknowledgement or even a response! Disgraceful offering, Hotels.com should really reconsider whether this property is promoted on their website.
property stinks; german cockroaches in cupboards. terrible communication with onsite manager. provided a room which was used as an office? terrible smell; tv not working; ceiling fan in 1 room not working. very noisy environment. We felt really cheated on price of $150/night not worth it. whole bathroom floods after showers. supposed to stay 2 nights; lucky a friend invited us to sleep in their house for 1 night. it is worse than terrible
This place is not anything like the photographs, so not be deceived. We ended up getting a full refund due to the state of the room, mixed with other issues.
Another tenant had let us know in passing that it is under new owner/management and since then have received nothing but complaints.
Do not book here, it's horrible; save yourself the stress and money of having to find another place last minute.
Management were great and as helpful as they could be but the apartments are individually owned and the owner of our apartment does not spend money on it. You couldn’t sit on the couches because of the lumps and broken springs. The queen bed was hard as a rock with no give in it whatsoever. The only positive about this apartment was the location.

Very basic. Good price.
Friendly. Basic. Bed blankets& furniture stunk of Asian cooking. Lights, dryer Foxtel didn't work. Had to vacuum n clean ourselves before leaving. It's a motel !!! Won't be back. Cheers

Apartment Spacious and had everything we needed.
Complex had great shared spaces (pool, lawn area for children to play etc).
However, everything went downhill when we realised that the apartment had a German Cockroach problem. Our first night we would have easily killed upwards of 40 small roaches!
In the morning, upon complaining to the front desk, they came to our apartment and seen 3 roaches, he said 3 was okay. My husband tried to explain how many had come out at nighttime (front desk closed at night) and he was told that "sorry my english is bad". Not impressed! Especially having our 3 children staying there with us (1yr, 9yrs, 12yrs).
We had one more night there, so we had to go to the shopping centre and get as much cockroach spray etc as possible to make it through our 2nd and final night there.
Very disappointed in the apartment staff's lack of care (and cleanliness!) and that they made no attempt whatsoever to recitify the situation, even knowing that we had a baby with us!

Although a cheap accommodation option it's doesn't mean that the room should be infested with cockroaches and no TV remote or shower curtain. Can't talk to staff because the interactions I had were all with staff that possessed little to no English language. Car park is tight but is safe and well lite. Might be tough for elderly or the disabled as it's stairs into reception from street (didn't see any ramp) stairs from room to car park, stairs around common areas, there maybe ramps but I didn't see them.

Great budget hotel, staff very warming.
Great place to stay on a budget. It’s a little walk to the beach but the resort is restful. Sometimes at night the neighboring resorts were really loud and it’s unstaffed at night so if you forget your key, get locked out or something happens I’m not sure what you would do.
Was very very dirty and run down. Toilet didn't flush, kitchen wasn't clean. Didn't have our booking when we arrived. We stayed two days and will never go back and not recommend to anyone.
Room was clean but old. Very disappointing that you have to pay for air conditioning and WiFi. Main bed not very comfortable. Great location to walk to Cavill Avenue.
The appartment i stayed in was infested with cockroaches and its droppings, all over furniture, walls, kitchen, flooring .......
The bathroom vest was not working, always foggy after a shower or after using the washing machine. I notified the staff but the problems continued.
