Apart from the noise from the tram road works, construction work and refurbishment work next door, we had an awesome stay. Overall the apartment was comfortable, spacious and cozy. Amazing beach and walking distance to centre.

Beautiful apartment. Spacious and clean with great views and lovely furniture. lots of work going on outside on the road and with other properties around. Also some work going on inside the property. Most nights however were quiet and there was minimal construction noise during the day.

We booked a Premier 2 bedroom for a 5 night stay & we were so lucky to be upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment. The views were spectacular & the apartment so spacious & clean with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Special mention to the office staff who were so helpful, we even managed to get an early check in. Would highly recommend staying at 2nd Avenue Burleigh.

Property and staff were great. Lots of construction around which was noted on their website so good communication there. They had the parking area unavailable for a week so had to find parking on the street which was very limited which did let the stay down a bit. Other then that was great

The apartment we had 23A was tired and defo in need of a full refurbished, including carpet and furniture. All beds were uncomfortable. Both attempts at a fold out bed were uncomfortable, our 12 year old slept on the couch instead. Someone building renovations were handled well. Staff on front desk polite and helpful. Views amazing, pool convenient, parking easy and great location with walking distance to beach, cafes and restaurants. All the above was reflected in the price - next time we’d ask the question when the apartment was last updated and the beds replaced. Back home tonight and looking forward to a restful nights sleep.

Apartment was lovely. Building works and road works around the apartment block, but we knew about this prior to our arrival, and wasn’t a problem to us Our only issue was the owner of our apartment took over our allocated parking spot 2 days into our stay for the rest of the week. We were allocated another space, but we feel that this should not have happened. We paid for the apartment with an allocated parking space. Luckily we arrived back to the apartment during the hours that the reception was staffed and so could sort out an alternative parking space. If we had arrived out of hours, we would have been at a loss as to where to park. Our thoughts are that the owner rents out this apartment and so should NOT then park his car in the allotted parking space for that apartment
