The rooms were roomy and the kitchenette included a enough pots and pans and dishes to make simple meals. Refrigerator was small but included a separate freezer and was adequate for 3 night stay. The location was ideal for fishing the Rogue River.

I would have rated higher but people were smoking constantly on their deck so we couldnt use ours or even leave the door open to smell fresh air! Also their dog barked all night!

I was really looking forward to staying here as the location and view appeared perfect. However, the actual room was in poor condition. Mold on the bathroom walls, horrible musty/moldy smell to the room. Bedding smelled bad and the other best still had hair on the sheets. This was in addition to overall rundown appearance of the room. Staff were very friendly and the location was good.

It’s better than sleeping in your car
Completely rundown, no concern whatsoever for the guest, no daily maid service. When I mentioned my television didn’t work no one was available to even look at it. I asked for a manager they said they don’t have one on the weekends and they’re told if someone is unhappy that they should go somewhere else they don’t need the business. That was the entire experience.

Wonderful view
My boyfriend came to visit from Southern California & I wanted to give him a good time on the coast. We stayed at Jot's & I was so pleased with the view. The staff was very pleasant, friendly & answered all questions. The room was clean & the bed was amazing. We loved waking up & being able to see all the boats trolling. I will definitely be back to stay.

We booked this poperty because it was rated as 8.8. I would not give it a 5 perhaps not a 4. Amenities are missing. It is a barw bones place to stay designed for fishermen. My wife saw the sign across the river for Motel 6 and stated we should have stayed there.

Cute little place to stay. Beds are a little hard but not terrible. The pool was very, very chlorinated… which was nothing compared to the bubbles being on for the hot tub. My eyes have never burned so bad. Other than that - not a bad place to stay.

Paper thin walls. We heard couple argue on both sides. Dogs barking in car in front came right through closed doors. Mole in and out of shower around door. Tv and floor heaters were dusty. Second day, room was not straightened-bed was not made, garbages were not emptied, clean towels were not offered. TV guide offered at least 60 stations. Yet on the tv itself only 49 basic channels. Very limited. Phone no dial tone. Never was corrected. Phone was taken from the room and never replaced. I wouldn’t give them higher than a 5. Very ordinary. Wood -handrails. Stairs were in great need of paint.

Room is not clean. There was no daily maid service of any kind. Television did not work. I asked for a manager and they said there was no one available and that if someone was upset, they were told to say don’t come back. We don’t need the business.

Extremely Disappointed
The room was recently renovated but white walls and light floors are a bold choice if the cleanliness isn’t prioritized. We got in to our room after four with wet streaks still on the floor. I thought great the floor will be nice and clean much to my dismay the floor was FILTHY brushing a dry cloth against the floor it was immediately black. There is no mat or carpet prior to entering the room so I’m sure tons of dirt gets tracked in. It seems like the high traffic areas are mopped but there are patches you can see are neglected. I was half tempted to go buy a mop and scrub the floors with HOT water. The floors were so bad I wore my socks the entire time and felt incredibly dirty the entire time. The waterfront view is nice but I will never stay here again.
