Booked this property for the look of the old building on the site. When we checked in they said we were in the west wing. Went outside and it was a not very pretty motor lodge. Went back in and complained. On the web site it is a beautiful old building. I would not have booked it if I knew they were giving me the motor lodge. They were kind enough to give us a room in the main house. So BEWARE.

Very nice place to stay. If you book a double bed keep in mind you are placed in the wing of the building which is the motor lodge. Only con was the garbage truck wake-up call at 5:55 in the morning.

Great staff and spot! Marginal food.
The staff was so warm and welcoming and our room was great. The only thing lacking was adequate coffee/tea for early mornings and the breakfast buffet was very expensive for marginal food. There was also no glasses or water in our room. We had to ask for water downstairs. Just needs a little extra put in for food and beverage.
