We were thankful to get off the highway in a Winter storm and have a room for the night. It’s got everything you need for a stopover. Heads up - try and get a room without a connecting doorway as it can be loud. Barking dogs, noisy kids, etc.

I’m very disappointed in the service. We had a family of four and we asked for our room to be clean after our first of three nights, knowing we would be at the hot springs. They did not clean our room and we ran short on towels. Our second day I asked that they clean it two seperate times and it never got done. Our shower also did not drain. I don’t appreciate lip service and no action.

I appreciate the room itself being clean and the lobby. Other than that the hotel was dark and dingy at best. You get no sleep here as you hear everything from doors slamming at all hours, screaming, running, yelling in the hallways and let’s not forget the constant barking from guest leaving pets in the rooms unattended as I can only imagine. I was woken up numerous times with loud banging and screaming. This hotel is extremely overpriced for the quality. Was severely disappointed from the moment I checked in as not one staff member was nice or looked you in the face. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! If I could get my money back and my relaxing getaway I planned I would as it was ruined. Save your money and stay elsewhere!

Nice place
Nice place to stay, only problem I had was people next or above me making a lot of noise that sounds like a chair rubbing against the floor . It kept happening tell 1am the last night I was there. Lighting by sink should be brighter and some touch up painting need done in bathroom. Wall behind desk also need to be cleaned
