The staff was friendly, the room was clean and had what we needed. The bathroom was a bit small, but clean. No automatic daily room cleaning; you probably have to request it but not a problem for us. To be honest, we didn't take advantage of the free breakfast so can't comment on that, but the dining area was large so will give grace that it was at least decent. There was also a good restaurant right next door. We walked to most other places we went, so good location. Felt safe.

This was a great motel at a great value - we appreciated the clean room and well-kept facilities. The breakfast had decent variety and options, and the staff kept everything stocked. We also liked that it was a short walk to the springs and downtown with a variety of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredibly friendly staff! Rooms and property were clean. Breakfast was good, but you will need to go early, most of the food ran out about half hour before they stopped serving.

We will be back!

We were blown away by how spacious our room was! We could set up the play pin for our one year old, and take that down and set up his pack and play, with room to spare! We really enjoyed the balcony common area as well. 5 minute walk to the hot springs, and dining options just as close.
