Lady at the front deck checking us in had no idea what she was doing. Took about 30 minutes to check in & my credit card used for incidentals was charged $330 on accident & she couldn’t figure out how to reimburse my account. I pretty sure the staff had their kids eating at the continental breakfast. Weird & kind of crappy place to stay

The hotel did not look nothing like the pictures. It smelled, was hot even through the AC was on, dirty carpet, rude employees, and uncomfortable beds.

Don’t do it
So many things wrong. Let’s start with the broken elevator and being stuck on the third floor with my elderly mother. Then let’s discuss the fact the thermostat in the room was broken and it got so hot in the room that I could not sleep. The fridge for the room was in a box in the hall. It was so bad.
