We come to Glendive once a year and have stayed at SureStay both times. Last year they were remodeling with new mattresses, etc. This year the room was comfortable and there are more options for breakfast. We plan to stay here again next year.

This is a pretty old property that has been cleaned up & painted. Its in pretty good shape for a made over 70's motel. But, it still has feel of clean Motel 6 of yesteryear.

Great night sleep
Was every nice at first I was on second floor but they changed my room so I didn’t have to walk up the stairs due to no elevator since I am 80 and have some ailments. However in the morning it seems breakfast was too busy chatting to ensure there was coffee. Both pots were completely empty and there was none brewing.

Pleasant surprise based on previous Glendive experience. Obvious rehab still in progress and friendly staff. Good breakfast choices. Would stay again..

The floor of our room was very dirty, the outside grounds needed attention, was mostly bare dirt, where there was grass I stepped in a hole and was lucky I wasn’t hurt. The breakfast was very minimal. However the refrigerator in our room was wonderful, very roomy and even had a separate freezer!

Needed more help/staff especially at breakfast. We had to ask for more silverware, plates, and napkins, there was no sign of which pot was coffee or hot water. Self-Served Waffle machine, three cereals, yogurt, muffins, danish, oatmeal, fruit. There was a constant humming noise both nights that we were there like coming from the roof or electrical issues. We wished that the floors were carpeted.

Just passing through
Check in was great with two bottles of water. Staff friendly with suggestion for delicious dinner. AC unit was a little loud but loved having a cool room. Bring your own shampoo. Great coffee. Limited selection for breakfast, but appreciate good orange juice and fresh fruit.

When we tried to checkin the desk clerk said she didn’t see our reservation, even though we had received an email confirmation. We spoke or chatted to four different Expedia people on help line to straighten it out. Desk clerk was dressed in a dirty shirt It rained overnight, so when we came into the lobby/breakfast area in the morning there was water leaking thru the roof. Overall not a pleasant stay.
