had a few issues with the room , key card not working /tv not working ...rather than mess me around getting things fixed they switched me to another room whilst they sorted. simple easy effective

Upscale property more like a large house converted to a hotel, no amenities and facilities not worth the price. Stay was lackluster due to no lift or elevator to the upper floors had to carry all the baggage’s though the stairs, broke my back almost, no fridge in the room no shower handle in bathroom, no shower curtain, after a shower the bathroom felt like a swimming pool as the water from the narrow bathtub without proper shower curtain fell all over the bathroom floor. Room key is hit and miss had to change couple of times and still didn’t work out. No AC , no fan in the hot weather, over all a disappointment

Very nice hotel in a good location. Easy to park and rooms very good. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was also good. Visit completely spoiled as the bath plug was broken and the reception on the television was so bad that it was unwatchable. I complained to the receptionist who said someone would look at the problems when I was out. When I returned to my room a few hours later there was no difference so I don't know if anyone even looked at the issues. On departure I complained to the receptionist and requested that a manager called me, but six hours later I am still waiting for a call. The room is advertised with a bath and a television, and that's what I paid for but unfortunately I wasn't able to use either - Simply not good enough!

Enjoyable stay.
The Hotel is set in a quiet area within Barrhead in lovely grounds. Plenty of free onsite parking. Beautiful vista as you approach the front of the building. Classic and modern inside. Friendly helpful welcome and directions to the room from Andrew and offered to take my bags to the room. The evening meals were delicious and menu choice was good and interesting. Lynne the maitre D on the evening shift made me feel welcome and comfortable. Terry and Norma on the breakfast shift were friendly and good attentive service. The food was the right amount with good presentation and fabulous flavour. The room was newly refurbished and very comfortable the only thing lacking is air conditioning. Thanks for a great stay we’ll be back.

Friendly staff at desk and waitress at breakfast. We were advised about prom night on 26th which was fine, but not about wedding on the mondsy night our room was in extension near the wedding function and they had a live band. The noise in room was terrible. We phoned reception to be told the wedding was to go on until 1am . The duty manager moved us to a quiter room which was appreciated. I think with a little thought the hotel should have put us in the older part of the hotel and away from the noise.

Lovely hotel but the room was not at all well ventilated and I could not see any air conditioning. I asked for toothpaste and there was none on site which is unusual so I had to walk to local shops. Nice for, say, a wedding or occasion

Fantastic Find!
I found this hotel by accident and what a brilliant find! The quality of decor and furnishings are first class, this is complimented by the fantastic service from the staff and the qualityvof food. I have now booked one of their sister hotels which looks equally as good.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Booked a part of a longer business trip. This hotel does not disappoint! Excellent service from beginning to end. The restaurant was superb for dinner. I wish I had found this hotel sooner. I will definitely be back!

Great location close to airport, but not too close! More of a wedding destination, but great spot to stay at before flying home. Restaurant for dinner and full breakfast was excellent. Pretty place and nice grounds.
