Rest up and enjoy cooking your favourite meals or a short 1-2 minute walk to great cafe's, fish n chips, or the local sporting club Yaralla which provides a variety of dining options and activities:- including bingo three times a week, Friday raffles, pokies, a fitness center, and a bowling green.The house and garden is secure with gates and lockable options, with a carport., that will take a boat in carport with your car behind and close gate for security. Barney Point cottage is a great base to explore the region and only 3-5 minute drive to the city, and walking distance to Barney Point Beach. Other local beaches Tannum Sands great for swimming and Boyne Island (fishing) are only a short drive away. If you want space, 4 eating/coffee areas, walking distance to shops, this is it.
