Nice hotel wirh some room for improvement

The hotel is actually quite nice and one part is very new. But this means than the other part really is not! The rooms on the old part are very old and kind of falling apart (windows, shower, sink, etc.). Furthermore the daily cleaning is not very clean, so sometimes you find more dirt after cleaning than before but its not that big a problem. Biggest negative is the staff at reception. Some of them are very helpful but others are very unmotivated. This results in standing there in front of two chatty receptionists and wait for 2-3 minutes until they finished their private conversation. Or if you ask for something and get two options and you pick the wrong one, the receptionist gets very unfriendly...
